New York, NY and Lucerne, Switzerland – ISL Worldwide, an ISMM Group company, and PSP Sports, a US based sports marketing and media company, today announced an innovative partnership by which PSP Sports and ISL United States will uniquely integrate their marketing infrastructure and business relationships to offer comprehensive sponsorship platforms for ISL and PSP sports properties in the United States. Under terms of the partnership, ISL Worldwide will take a minority stake in PSP Sports.

Through this cooperative effort, PSP and ISL will create targeted marketing packages for both companies’ North American properties. This will allow PSP to extend their expertise in media and marketing alliances as well as their relationships with U.S. professional and amateur leagues. Aspects of this new venture will focus on broadcast media, corporate hospitality and entertainment, sports marketing, promotion and the Internet.

The first joint effort of the PSP/ISL partnership will focus on the Tennis Master Series Tournaments in North America with the top tier ATP Tour events Ericsson Open (Miami, FL), the Tennis Masters Series Indian Wells (Indian Wells, CA) and the Tennis Masters Series Cincinnati (Cincinnati, OH). Further focus will be put on the Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART) Series and college sports properties.
