The International Water Ski Federation has approved at the Extraordinary Congress in Roquebrune-sur-Argens/France a major restructuring of its organization in order to develop the sport more aggressively and to better serve the needs of its members.

The new organization changes the structure of the Executive Bureau to include three newly created positions of Vice-Presidents.

Also the new structure required new elections for the IWSF Officers which for the first time have been made by the Member Federations and not by the Executive Board.

It was also decided to move the Headquarters from Bologna to Switzerland. The new address is:
