Soccerex are delighted to announce that HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein of Jordan will give an exclusive interview to David Davies at this year’s Soccerex Global Convention, 6 – 10 September, Manchester.
As FIFA Vice President for Asia, AFC Executive Committee Member and President of both the Jordan Football Association and the West Asian Football Federation, HRH Prince Ali is one of the most influential figures in Asian Football and becomes the sixth senior FIFA official to join the Soccerex Global Convention line up after President Joseph S. Blatter, Vice President’s Jeffery Webb and Jim Boyce and Executive Committee members Michel D’Hooghe and Moya Dodd.
In his session at the Global Convention, he will look back on his career in football to date, the future he sees for football in Asia and the challenges he feels that need to be overcome for this future to be realised. The session will also look at social development through football, something Prince Ali is very passionate about. He will be talking about the work of the Asian Football Development Project (AFDP), a not for profit youth commission he founded to provide effective, needs based assistance to football organisations, and development through football organisations, working in Asia, in a fair and transparent manner.
