Beringer Vineyards, the oldest continuously operating winery in The Napa Valley has become the title sponsor of a new amateur golf tournament: The Beringer Vineyards Mixed Foursomes Golf Tournament. The tournament is to be played across England, Wales, Scotland and selected countries in Europe, starting in March 2004.
The tournament, created and managed by Frontiers Group UK, offers participants the opportunity to win an all expenses paid trip to The Napa Valley, California to compete in the Grand Final and to sample the full range of premium wines at the Beringer Wine Estate. Beringer Vineyards Mixed Foursomes is free to enter and open to all men and women with an official handicap (men 28 max, women 36 max).
