Austin Healy has been named the Allied Dunbar Premiership Player of the Season 1999/2000. The Leicester Tigers winger who has helped his team to win the Allied Dunbar Premiership both last season and this season, was presented with his award at The Allied Dunbar Premiership Awards Lunch at Vinopolis, London on Wednesday 24th May.

A special award for the Allied Dunbar Premiership Outstanding Player 1997-2000 was won by Pat Lam in recognition of his consistently first class performances over the past three years of the Allied Dunbar Premiership with Newcastle Falcons and Northampton Saints.
