Public-service channel TVMonaco has secured the rights to the E1 all-electric motorboat racing series in Monaco and France ahead of the competition’s first race weekend of the 2026 season.
Under the deal, TVMonaco will air the entire 2026 E1 season live in Monaco and France on its linear channel and website, TVMonaco.com, while also providing behind-the-scenes coverage of Team Monaco from inside the paddock.

The agreement builds on TVMonaco’s coverage of last season’s Monaco race.
The 2026 season will feature eight races, starting with its season-opening event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, today and tomorrow. This year’s calendar includes stops in Lake Como, Italy (April 24 and 25), Dubrovnik, Croatia (June 13 and 14), Monaco (July 17 and 18), Lagos, Nigeria (October 3 and 4), Miami, US (November 14 and 15), and ending with an event in the Bahamas (November 21 and 22).
There is also a scheduled stop on September 4 and 5 that is yet to be announced.
E1, launched by Alejandro Agag and Rodi Basso in 2024, features 10 teams, each owned by a range of sporting superstars, including Rafael Nadal (tennis), Tom Brady (American football), Virat Kohli (cricket), LeBron James (basketball), and Didier Drogba (soccer).
