SportyNet, the soccer-focused sports content platform in Brazil, has announced exclusive broadcast rights agreements for Italian soccer’s Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana competitions, Mexico’s Liga MX, and select pre-season friendlies.

The agreement for the Coppa Italia domestic cup competition, contested by teams across Italy’s top four divisions, covers the 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons.

Beginning on August 15, SportyNet will air all 41 matches of this year’s tournament in Brazil.

SportyNet’s deal for the Supercoppa Italiana is also for the same two-year period, and includes all three matches from the four-team tournament.

This year’s edition, to be held in Saudi Arabia between December 18 and 22, will feature AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli, and Bologna.

From Liga MX, meanwhile, SportyNet will broadcast two matches per round of the Apertura tournament.

Upcoming Apertura matches that will be shown live include tonight’s encounter between América and Querétaro and UNAM Pumas vs Necaxa tomorrow (August 9).

The Apertura playoffs will begin on November 19, with the finals set for December 11 and 14. In 2026, SportyNet will air both the Clausura and Apertura tournaments from Liga MX.

SportyNet will provide coverage for each competition either on pay-TV or on its YouTube channel. The platform is available on pay-TV through distribution deals with Sky, Claro, and other operators across Brazil and will also be available on Vivo "in the coming weeks."

In addition, SportyNet will broadcast several upcoming pre-season friendlies involving major European clubs, including from the English Premier League (Chelsea), German Bundesliga (Borussia Dortmund), Spanish LaLiga (Real Madrid), and the Italian Serie A (AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Juventus).

The platform, owned by the global sports and entertainment company, Sporty Group, will air 13 friendlies between August 8 and 17. These include two matches today – Chelsea vs Bayer Leverkusen (SportyNet + YouTube) and AS Monaco vs Inter Milan (YouTube).

These additions add to SportyNet’s soccer portfolio that features 400 live matches annually on the platform from Brazil’s second-tier Série B and third-tier Série C, Bundesliga, and Coupe de France.
