The SailGP international sailing series has announced Fever as its official ticketing partner in a two-year deal that will centralize its ticket sales.
The deal, which will run through 2028, will see Fever use its digital-first ticketing technology to help fans book their attendance at SailGP events around the world, with the first events of the 2026 season already available for sale via Fever.

As part of the agreement, Fever will gain branding on SailGP broadcasts alongside the series’ other global partners, Rolex, Oracle, and DP World.
For the current 2024-25 season, SailGP has used six regional partners to sell tickets for the 14 events scheduled. The introduction of Fever next year will centralize the ticketing process.
Andrew Thompson, managing director of SailGP, said: “Their [Fever’s] innovative approach to digital ticketing and audience engagement aligns perfectly with our vision for transforming the live sports experience.
“As SailGP continues to grow its global fanbase, this partnership will help ensure our events are more accessible, discoverable, and enjoyable for fans around the world.”

By GlobalDataThe new deal adds to Fever’s growing sports partners, which include the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Tour, Spanish soccer giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as the X Games. The company previously had a short-term sleeve sponsorship in place with English soccer giants Chelsea for the 2024-25 Premier League season.
Next year's SailGP season will be contained entirely within the 2026 calendar, with an 11-month fixture schedule that will begin in January in Perth. Previous years have competed across the new year.
SailGP’s calendar consolidation comes as the competition continues to secure private investment into its teams.
When the league was first established in 2019, the aim then was to transition to a model where teams were privately owned within five years, and over the last few months, significant progress towards that goal has been made.
Last month, the series unveiled its 13th team – the Artemis Racing outfit from Sweden, led by chief executive Iain Percy, a former Olympic gold medalist who was team manager at Artemis Racing during the side's various campaigns in the high-profile America's Cup competition.
US sports-focused investment firm Next 3 Ventures, meanwhile, took a stake in the US SailGP Team.
Led by Carolyn Tisch Blodgett, Next 3 is backed by the Tisch family ownership group of the National Football League’s New York Giants franchise. Avenue Sports Fund, the investment vehicle of former Milwaukee Bucks owner Marc Lasry, remains the primary investor in the US SailGP Team.
In June, the French team from the sailing series completed its ownership group by selling a final stake to US private equity firm Ares Management. Ares, through its sports, media, and entertainment fund, has led the acquisition of the final 25% stake in SailGP’s French team, with Sportsology Capital Partners also joining.
June has also seen the Australian team bought up by iconic actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
The Italy SailGP team (which only launched in time for the ongoing 2025 season) was acquired in late May by a consortium featuring both international celebrities and experienced sports industry investors.
