Global food and beverage giant Suntory’s European arm has struck a new multi-year partnership for its Schweppes brand with the French Open (Roland-Garros) tennis grand slam major event.
The three-year deal will see Schweppes serve as an official supplier of the annual tournament through the 2028 edition, with co-branded cans (which will be served at the event) and other iconography.

This partnership will also include co-branded promotions and will cover all territories where Suntory holds the Schweppes license, which is centered on the European market.
These territories are: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
For Suntory, this represents an expansion of its European partnership portfolio, which includes cycling’s Tour de France (with Orangina), and English soccer giants Liverpool and the England national team (both Lucozade).
The 2026 French Open will begin on May 24 and run through June 7.

Schweppes sits in the official supplier tier, which also includes coffee company Lavazza, telecoms giant Orange, beer brand Stella Artois, spirits conglomerate Moet Hennessy, desserts brand Magnum, restaurant chain Potel and Chabot, furniture company Hesperide, cosmetics brand Isdin, and outdoor advertising company JCDecaux.
