The Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA), the Canada-based organisation founded by Serbian player Novak Djokovic and Canadian Vasek Pospisil in 2020, has partnered with athlete marketing platform Opendorse.

Through the strategic partnership, PTPA members will have access to Opendorse’s range of business development tools including Opendorse Ready, Opendorse Social and Opendorse Deals.

Opendorse, which has over 50,000 athletes utilise its offering, has partnerships with the North American ice hockey’s NHL, the National Football League Players Association, the Major League Baseball Players Association, the Women’s National Basketball Players Association and the Ladies Professional Golf Association.

Djokovic said: One of the PTPA pillars is to help players grow, protect and capitalize on their brands. The partnership with Opendorse will provide our members with free resources to help increase their opportunities for success."

Blake Lawrence, chief executive of Opendorse, added: "We are honoured to be partners with the PTPA, an association that prides itself with putting players first.

"We share the PTPA's core values of equity and opportunity and are thrilled to bring our insights and expertise to PTPA members throughout the world."
