Inter Miami have renewed and expanded their sponsorship with Lowe’s, elevating the home improvement company to a main partner, the Major League Soccer (MLS) club’s highest sponsorship category.

As part of the expanded partnership, Lowe’s will become the official jersey sleeve sponsor across Inter Miami’s first team, MLS Next Pro team, and Academy teams.

According to Sports Business Journal, the agreement is the richest – in both annual and total value – and the longest sleeve sponsorship agreement in MLS history.

Lowe’s will replace Swiss freight forwarder Fracht Group as Inter Miami’s sleeve sponsor.

Fracht signed on just before Argentine superstar Lionel Messi arrived in 2023 in what was believed to be the richest MLS sleeve deal at the time.

MLS jersey sleeve sponsorships are typically valued at between $1 million and $2 million per season, but Inter Miami have generated significantly more commercial revenue than their rivals since the arrival of Messi.

The main partner status puts Lowe’s in the same tier as front-of-kit sponsor Royal Caribbean, whose eight-figure annual deal was touted as the most lucrative in MLS history when it was signed in 2024, and training facility naming-rights partner Florida Blue.

In addition, the firm has been named as a founding partner of the team’s Miami Freedom Park stadium that is under construction, while also continuing as the club’s official and exclusive home improvement partner.

Lowe’s will maintain many of the hallmark elements of the original partnership, including a custom annual community event, on-site activations, and digital and social integrations.

The company is also the presenting partner of the Dreams Cup youth soccer event in May.

The renewed deal builds on a collaboration that began in April 2024.

Xavier Asensi, Inter Miami president of business operations, said: “As we enter a new chapter in our club’s history, coming off our 2025 MLS Cup championship and preparing to open our new stadium at Miami Freedom Park, we are proud to deepen our partnership with Lowe’s.

“Our renewed collaboration reflects the strength of our relationship and a shared vision for building lasting impact – on the pitch, in our world-class stadium, and throughout the South Florida community.”

Jen Wilson, Lowe’s chief marketing officer and senior vice president, added: “Lowe’s recognizes the national footprint and vision of what Inter Miami CF is building, and we want our brand at the center of that vision. From the stadium to the sleeve, we couldn’t be more excited to elevate our partnership and continue connecting our brand to soccer fans nationwide in meaningful ways.”

Lowe's has signed several sponsorship deals in soccer in recent years, including a partnership with Concacaf announced in April 2025 for the Concacaf Champions Cup.

Inter Miami won their first MLS Cup last season in just their sixth campaign in the league.

The 2026 MLS season begins on February, with Inter Miami taking on LAFC in their opening game.
