DAZN MENA, the regional arm of the sports streaming service covering the Middle East and North Africa, has been named the official domestic broadcaster of all events organized by horseracing’s Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia.

The deal, brokered by international horse racing rights agency HBA Media, will see the streamer provide domestic coverage for 50 race days across the 2025-26 season, including the prestigious $20 million Saudi Cup.

The new deal adds to DAZN’s growing portfolio of rights in the region, having secured investment from SURJ Sports Investment, the sports arm of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, earlier this year.

The investment led to the launch of DAZN MENA, a joint venture between the pair specifically designed to deliver a premium, localized sports viewing experience in the region.

At the time, DAZN chief executive, Shay Segev, said: “As part of the DAZN MENA joint venture with SURJ, DAZN is committed to maximizing the reach and accessibility of sports, while delivering the best entertainment experience to a global community of passionate fans.

“This is a milestone partnership for the group, which is bound to transform the sports entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.”
