TGL, the tech-infused golf competition founded by TMRW Sports, now has its eighth founding partner after securing a deal with US telecommunications giant AT&T.
As part of the agreement, AT&T also becomes the connectivity partner of the golf series, founded by icons of the sport, Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods, which is currently holding its second edition in Palm Beach, Florida.

It will thus become the presenting partner of inventory such as the Player Connect interview, the AT&T Reliable Rewind, and the SmartPin Cam presented by AT&T. The telecoms heavyweight is also now the presenting sponsor for TGL's digital platform, Matchup Live.
It has also helped design the overall connectivity package around TGL, including through AT&T dedicated internet, wi-fi, a global video service, an AT&T Virtual Private Network, and through "business voice services supporting day-to-day venue operations."
The list of other TGL founding partners includes the likes of Best Buy, Businessolver, Genesis, Farmers Insurance, Hankook Tires, and Shriners Children's.
SoFi, meanwhile, is the competition's presenting rights partner and naming rights partner for the indoor venue in Palm Beach that hosts the action.

The TGL 2026 post-season playoffs get underway on March 17.
In terms of commercial activity over the past few months, mid-December saw the premium vodka brand Cîroc added to TGL's list of sponsors.
AT&T, meanwhile, is also the title sponsor of an event – the Pebble Beach Pro-Am – on US golf's top-tier PGA Tour, via a tie-up most recently renewed last June.
