US college sports’ Mountain West Conference has secured a new domestic media rights package that will see its games featured across broadcasters CBS Sports, Fox Sports, the CW Network, and Kiswe.

The conference’s rights agreement with networks CBS Sports and Fox Sports, as well as streaming service Kiswe, runs for six years, covering the 2026-27 and 2031-32 seasons, while CW Network's package will last for five years, running through the 2030-31 season.

MWC said the deals would “provide extensive visibility and coverage across broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms for Mountain West football and men’s and women’s basketball, along with a broad array of Olympic sports.”

CBS will retain rights to the top game selections for American football and men’s and women’s basketball across linear channels CBS and CBS Sports Network and streaming service Paramount+.

Specifically, CBS Sports Network will carry 15 regular-season football games with at least one game broadcast annually on CBS Television Network and streamed on Paramount+, while 18 Mountain West regular-season men’s basketball games will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network.

The CBS Television Network will air the men’s basketball championship game, while two regular-season women’s basketball games will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network, as well as the conference championship game.

Meanwhile, Fox will feature 12 regular-season football games annually on Fox, FS1, and FS2, while 20 regular-season men’s basketball games will air on Fox channels.

The CW’s package features 13 regular-season football games, 20 regular-season men’s basketball games, and 15 regular-season women’s basketball games.

Kiswe, meanwhile, will hold exclusive streaming rights for all 21 conference sports that are not distributed on national linear television.

MWC commissioner Gloria Nevarez said: “Aligning with three nationally recognized broadcast media partners and marquee streaming platforms powered by Kiswe's expertise ensures that our student‑athletes showcase their athletic excellence, academic achievements, personal stories, and the pride they bring to their universities.”

The rights deal comes more than a year after five of the conference’s schools announced they would leave the league to join a rebuilt Pac-12, which will return ahead of the next collegiate season.

The MWC managed to keep hold of seven schools and lured new members, with the revamped conference to include:  Air Force, Grand Canyon (non-football), Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Northern Illinois (football-only), San Jose State, UC Davis (non-football), UNLV, UTEP, and Wyoming.
