The Serie A giants claim this is the first initiative of its kind for a soccer club in Italy and stated that the project is “fully aligned with the club’s strategy for commercial growth and the development of Inter assets in the entertainment sector.”
The channel will provide fans with historic matches and archival content at no cost, as well as highlights and training clips, original programming, magazine shows, and full replays of games this season.
The new FAST channel was developed in collaboration with Globant, the club’s strategic tech partner behind the digital project, and is powered by Amagi, a cloud-based broadcast technology firm.
Earlier this year, Spanish heavyweights Barcelona launched two FAST channels through the Amagi Now media management platform.
