EverPass Media, the platform that delivers live sports content to commercial businesses, has agreed a distribution partnership with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), the boxing promotion business founded by Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul.

The agreement provides EverPass the exclusive right to sell and distribute MVP’s upcoming fight between Paul and iconic boxer Anthony Joshua, as well as the matchup between MMA legends Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley, to bars, restaurants, and other commercial businesses in the US.

The event will take place on December 19 at Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida, and will be streamed globally via Netflix.

The fight marks Paul’s second live event on Netflix in just over a year, following his victory over Mike Tyson in November 2024, which was watched by over 60 million households worldwide on Netflix.

Bidarian, CEO of Most Valuable Promotions, said: “At Most Valuable Promotions, our mission is to bring premium, must-see fight nights to fans wherever they choose to watch.

“Partnering with EverPass Media for Jake vs. Joshua ensures that fans have the chance to experience one of the biggest boxing events in a decade, in the shared energy of bars, restaurants, casinos, and commercial venues nationwide.”

Alex Kaplan, CEO of EverPass Media, added: “Jake Paul events reliably bring fans through the door, and EverPass turns that demand into real business impact by aggregating must-see sports and making access simple for bars and restaurants.

“The commercial ecosystem is moving fast, and EverPass sits at the center of it. Our platform gives businesses one place and one partner for premium sports, backed by a growing slate of marquee events. Events like this are meant to be experienced together, and that shared atmosphere is what sets the commercial market apart.”

EverPass recently secured a multi-year content licensing agreement with major US sports broadcaster ESPN to market, sell, and distribute the ESPN+ streaming service to commercial businesses as a separate add-on to its base package.

The company has worked through 2025 to expand its offering, and in September agreed a digital-only deal with American football’s elite NFL.

These tie-ups include agreements with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Peacock, while the existing EverPass library of NFL rights also includes exclusive rights to the NFL Sunday Ticket game slot (featuring all Sunday afternoon out-of-market games shown by CBS or Fox).

Additional EverPass sports offerings include Peacock Sports Pass (featuring English soccer’s Premier League, Big Ten football, and basketball), and the UEFA Champions League via the Paramount+ streaming service.
