CazeTV, the Brazilian sports streaming channel run by YouTuber Casemiro Miguel, has strengthened its influence in the country’s sports scene after landing another major rights deal covering the Olympic Games through 2028.

The deal, struck with the International Olympic Committee, will see CazeTV air the upcoming Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, as well as the Youth Olympic Games in 2026 and 2028 across its digital platforms and social media channels.

Coverage will include at least 100 hours of Milano-Cortina 2026, 500 hours of Los Angeles 2028, and at least 20 hours for each edition of the Youth Olympics.

IOC President Kirsty Coventry said: “CazéTV has proven its ability to bring the Olympic spirit to millions of fans through engaging, digital-first storytelling.

“We’re excited to continue this journey together, ensuring Brazilian audiences can enjoy free access to the next chapters of the Olympic story – from Milano Cortina to Los Angeles and the Youth Olympic Games.”

The deal adds to the Games’ visibility in Brazil, with heavyweight broadcaster Globo already securing rights in the country to Milan-Cortina 2026 and LA28.

The new rights also build on CazeTV’s coverage of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which the IOC said reached 56 million unique viewers on the streamer’s platform and generated over 10.6 billion social media engagements.

Felipe Aquilino, head of rights at CazeTV, said: “The Olympic Games are made of powerful human stories, and our mission is to bring those narratives closer to a young audience connected to CazéTV’s language.

“Extending our partnership with the IOC allows us not only to expand free access to this content, but also to strengthen the connection with athletes and disciplines that often need visibility to grow. Together with our community, we will continue to build a space where Olympic sport is experienced in an authentic, shared way.”

The IOC is looking to target young demographics with the deal, with CazeTV fast becoming the main rightsholder of major sports leagues and events in the country.

The streamer previously covered action from the men’s 2022 FIFA World Cup, before securing rights to all 104 matches from soccer’s flagship FIFA 2026 World Cup being held across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

It snapped up domestic rights to the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2027, which will be held in Brazil, to provide exclusive live coverage of all 64 matches to its wide-reaching audience on third-party digital platforms.

This year alone, the streamer acquired near-live and highlights rights for a range of top-tier South American soccer properties through 2026, and rights for the top-tier Copa Libertadores and second-tier Copa Sudamericana pan-continental club competitions.

The streamer also added Italy’s Serie A to its soccer offering for the 2025-26 season and, more recently, added German soccer’s Bundesliga to its portfolio.

Most recently, the channel diversified its portfolio by securing a rights deal with World Table Tennis (WTT), the organization that manages the International Table Tennis Federation’s (ITTF) commercial rights.

The platform has also shown action from some of the most high-profile sporting events worldwide, including all NFL American football games played internationally.
