Leaders in Football, the world’s most exclusive football business event, taking place for the second time at Chelsea FC on 7th and 8th October 2009, has announced Jeremy Darroch, CEO, British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, in the first in a series of major signings for its newly launched conference programme.

Jeremy Darroch became James Murdoch’s successor at BSkyB on 7th December 2007 and is responsible for leading the UK’s largest pay TV operator which recently spent £1.7bn for five out of six packages available for live Premier League Football from 2010 – 2013.

The exclusive one to one interview will focus on BSkyB’s future strategy covering sport, technology, the competition, regulation and the global economy. The format will allow significant interaction with the audiences so as to create rigorous debate and the exchange of ideas.
