It takes the mantle of official trading platform partner for the event.

The deal has been announced with this year's Davis Cup Final 8 set to take place in the Italian city of Bologna between November 24 and 29.

The event will feature hosts Italy – who have won the last three Davis Cups – as well as Czechia, Canada, South Korea, Great Britain, Germany, Austria, and Spain.

Commercially, October has already seen iconic British men's clothing brand Fred Perry – founded by and named after the UK tennis champion – sign up as a global sponsor of the Davis Cup.

In September, meanwhile, Generali came on board as presenting sponsor for the Final 8, while the list of other tournament partners includes brands such as Rolex, Visa, Corpay, and Betsson.

Italian public-service broadcaster Rai snapped up rights in that market to Italy's matches from the latter stages of the Davis Cup, earlier this month, meanwhile.

Capital.com is also a sponsor of golf's Australian Open, with that partnership unveiled earlier this year, and has also tied-up with faltering Spanish soccer heavyweights Valencia, previously.
