Coverage of every match will be provided both via the linear BeIN Sports channel and through the BeIN Sports Connect mobile app.

BeIN takes over from pay-television's SPOTV, owned by Eclat, as the Wimbledon broadcaster in the majority of these 10 markets through a deal struck with the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) body.

The deal follows BeIN's renewal of Wimbledon rights in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), in mid-June, with that agreement running through 2030.

It also comes after the broadcaster renewed rights to the French Open – another of tennis' four Grand Slam tournaments – in both MENA and the Asia-Pacific region. That deal runs through the 2031 edition.

Indeed, BeIN covers all four Grand Slams, including the US Open and the Australian Open, in MENA.

BeIN also holds the rights to Wimbledon in France in a deal running until 2028, having held the contract since 2014.

In terms of rights to other sports in the APAC region, meanwhile, it also covers a range of top-tier soccer – such as the UEFA Champions League – and motor racing's Formula 1.

Next year's Wimbledon will take place between June 28 and July 11.
