Blue Zoom will broadcast at least one EuroLeague game from each of the 38 regular season rounds, as well as all postseason games, including the play-in, playoffs, and season-ending Final Four.
The pay-TV operator’s coverage began with the inaugural EuroLeague Basketball SuperCup that took place in Abu Dhabi this past weekend.
The new four-team competition was won by Spanish giants Real Madrid, who defeated reigning EuroLeague champions Olympiacos Piraeus in the final.
Alex Ferrer Kristjansson, EuroLeague Basketball marketing and communication chief officer, said: “We are delighted to expand our reach by partnering with blue Entertainment to make the EuroLeague available to an even wider audience through a free-to-air platform.
“This agreement will give fans across Switzerland the opportunity to follow the competition throughout the season, from the regular season through to its decisive stages.”
Claudia Lässer, CEO of blue Sport and blue Zoom, added: “We are incredibly excited to make top-level European basketball freely accessible to a broad audience in Switzerland – both in the German-speaking part of the country and in French-speaking Switzerland.
“The EuroLeague is a premium product that combines elite sport, packed arenas, and outstanding production quality. We are delighted to bring this competition to our platforms and are convinced that it is a perfect addition to our existing sports offering. Basketball has a bright future – in Switzerland too.”
EuroLeague Basketball has agreed several broadcast deals in recent weeks for the new campaign, including a renewal with subscription OTT platform Okko Sport in Russia and a new agreement with international pay-TV giant BeIN Sports in France.
The 2026-27 EuroLeague season begins on Thursday with a six-game slate.
