Content that will be included – not in all markets, as some have specific broadcast deals lined up for various college leagues – includes action from the Big Ten, SEC, Big 12, ACC, Mountain West, and Big East conferences.

College football and basketball will be the main draws for fans in global markets, with sports such as swimming – via the newly-launched College Swimming League – also included.

In terms of its other paid channel offerings from US sports, DAZN also carries NFL Game Pass (American football), and NHL.TV (ice hockey).

Shay Segev, DAZN Group's chief executive, commented: "The launch of DAZN’s NCAA College Sports channel is another important step in our strategy to build the most compelling destination for US sports fans outside the United States. We are proud to be a trusted long-term partner to many of the biggest rights holders in American sports, helping them reach passionate international audiences at scale."

In addition to live action from the conferences listed above, there will also be on-demand and shoulder programming featured on the channel.

DAZN is also set to place a selection of live games per week on its free platform, with only signup required.

Elsewhere in the world of US college sports, a domestic media rights deal has been reached by two conferences – the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) and the United Athletic Conference (UAC) – with sports broadcasting giant ESPN.

A long-term rights tie-up involving those parties was unveiled yesterday – it reportedly marks the first time multiple NCAA Division I conferences have struck a joint broadcast deal in this manner.

ESPN will serve as the exclusive home for both properties – the ASUN has nine member schools, with the UAC containing eight – starting as the 2026 academic year gets underway next month.

ESPN+ will take on most of the action, while the conferences have said there will also be "meaningful exposure" on the broadcaster's linear network.

The partnership was struck on behalf of the conferences by the Unisun Sports joint venture, which was created by the UAC and the ASUN earlier in 2026.

The Collegiate Sports Management Group assisted Unisun during this process.

Mallory Kenny, director of programming and acquisitions at ESPN, stated: "By bringing a broad slate of regular-season and championship events to our networks, we can showcase the depth of competition across both conferences and connect their student-athletes and programs with fans nationwide.”

Late last month, ESPN unveiled a new rights deal, through the 2030-31 academic year, with the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

The agreement includes global rights, and ESPN will annually show nearly two dozen regular-season football games, including select games on ESPN linear networks, the MEAC Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship, MEAC Women’s Basketball Tournament Championship, all other rounds of the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments on ESPN digital networks, and select regular-season men’s basketball games.
