As part of the agreement, Barclays will also become an official partner of both the men's and women's Scottish Cup competitions and title partner of the Next Gen Girls' Performance Programme.
The global financial services company will also be opening a dedicated hospitality suite in the stadium later next year.
SFA chief executive Ian Maxwell stated that the bank’s “desire to support Scottish football – across the levels – has been clear” and added that “the impact of their investment will be felt within the walls of Barclays Hampden and far beyond.”
Brendan Napier, commercial director of Scottish Football Marketing, said: “We recognise that, as a treasured national asset, the national stadium deserved the right partner, and in Barclays we know we have found just that. A world-renowned institution – committed to Scotland and Scottish football, at all levels.
“From the first conversation, we could not have been more excited about partnering with the team at Barclays.”
Stephen Flaherty, CTO and head of group technology infrastructure services at Barclays, added: “Our partnership with the Scottish FA is a reflection of Barclays' continued investment in the UK and Scotland.
“Scotland is central to our long-term strategy. This partnership is yet another milestone as we continue to drive commercial growth, expand resources for Scottish businesses, and offer greater choice in the market. Partnering with the Scottish FA further cements our ambition.”
The 52,000-seat Hampden Park is slated to host six matches during the 2028 UEFA European Championship, which will be held in the UK and Ireland, including one of the quarter-finals and all three of Scotland’s group games, should they qualify for the tournament.
The Scotland men’s team last month secured qualification for next year's World Cup, while the women’s side will begin qualification for the 2027 World Cup next year.
Barclays adds the naming rights for Hampden Park to its partnership portfolio, which includes title sponsorship of England’s Women’s Super League competition.
