CazéTV is primarily distributed through YouTube, but is also available on Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus, and Sky+, where it launched its first linear channel.
Frank Leenders, director general of FIBA Media and Marketing Services, said: "It's exciting to have agreed this strategic partnership with CazeTV as it provides an excellent opportunity to grow basketball even further in Brazil – an important and sizeable market for our sport.
"The free-to-air element is particularly important in terms of being able to extend our reach in the country. We are confident that new generations of fans will enjoy accessing this opportunity and will love following their national teams, as well as all major FIBA competitions during these next four years."
CazeTV’s coverage starts on November 27 with the Brazil men’s team taking on Chile during the first World Cup 2027 Qualifying window. The channel will also air the team’s other qualifying matches – two games in each of the three windows during November 2025, February 2026, and July 2026.

Alongside national team matches, the agreement also covers rights in the country for games at other top FIBA events, including the men’s and women’s Continental Cup, the men’s and women’s U17 and U19 Basketball World Cups, as well as Olympic qualifying tournaments ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
Felipe Aquilino, dead of media rights at CazeTV, added: "Bringing the main FIBA competitions to our audience for free reinforces CazeTV's mission to broaden and democratize access to major sports events.
"We will have the opportunity to connect young fans to the Brazilian National Team at every level, from youth to professional – while also showcasing the world’s top basketball powers."
The rights build on CazeTV’s growing influence in the Brazilian sports rights scene, with the streamer previously covering action from the men’s 2022 FIFA World Cup, before securing rights to all 104 matches from soccer’s flagship FIFA 2026 World Cup being held across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Most recently, it snapped up domestic rights to the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2027, which will be held in Brazil, to provide exclusive live coverage of all 64 matches to its wide-reaching audience on third-party digital platforms.
This year alone, the streamer acquired near-live and highlights rights for a range of top-tier South American soccer properties through 2026, and rights for the top-tier Copa Libertadores and second-tier Copa Sudamericana pan-continental club competitions. The streamer also added Italy’s Serie A to its soccer offering for the 2025-26 season.
Most recently, the channel diversified its portfolio by securing a rights deal with World Table Tennis (WTT), the organization that manages the International Table Tennis Federation’s (ITTF) commercial rights.
The platform has also shown action from of the most high-profile sporting events worldwide, including the Paris Olympics last year, as well as NFL American football games played internationally.
