Deltatre, the video streaming technology firm, has unveiled a deal through which it will acquire the Endeavor Streaming subsidiary.

Italy-based Deltatre is acquiring Endeavor Streaming – launched in its current format in 2019 – from the wider Endeavor Group Holdings media and entertainment heavyweight.

Deltatre has said it is set to amalgamate its own product suite with the Endeavor Streaming pure-play over-the-top product, Vesper. In addition, the duo will work to "unite their digital strategy, consulting, and direct-to-consumer growth marketing services."

The transaction is expected to formally close in the third quarter of 2025 (before the end of September).

For Deltatre, the agreement adds to and enhances its worldwide presence.

For Endeavor, meanwhile, this comes with that group having offloaded a selection of its subsidiary properties over the last year, as part of its privatization by Silver Lake.
