North American basketball’s NBA has extended its long-standing partnership with Gatorade, the sports drink brand owned by PepsiCo, for another eight seasons.
The brand will continue as the official sports drink and nutrition partner of the NBA and women’s WNBA through the 2032-33 campaign.
Through the agreement, Gatorade remains a founding partner of the WNBA and the lead sponsor of the G League.
In addition, PepsiCo Foods will continue as the official chip of the NBA as well as title sponsor of the fan NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
The renewed deal maintains Gatorade as the NBA’s longest-tenured partner, having partnered in 1984.
The relationship will span nearly 50 years by the end of the new contract.
