In accordance to the latest information received from Chinese Taipei Canoe association the following Asian Championships, which were supposed to be held in Taiwan, because of the outbreak disease of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) for protecting the athletes of being affected have been postponed until the SARS has completely subsided.

The 3rd Asian wild water championships – June.11-16.2003,
The 3rd Asian slalom championships – June.11-16.2003,
The 10th Asian canoe-polo championships,
The 1st ICF Asian Dragon boat championships – Dec.2-8.2003.
The new dates & places for holding above mentioned championships, after consulting of the ACC executive committee for making the final decision will be announced later.
