Management Occupations, with a share of 17%, emerged as the top social responsibility-related job roles within the sportcal industry in Q4 2023, with new job postings rising by 11% quarter-on-quarter. Computer and Mathematical Occupations came in second with a share of 8% in Q4 2023, with new job postings rising by 2% over the previous quarter.

The top companies, in terms of number of new job postings tracked by GlobalData, as of Q4 2023 were AECOM, Tesco, Marriott International, Hy Vee, and Comcast. Together they accounted for a combined share of 23% of all social responsibility-related new jobs in the sportcal industry.
AECOM posted 12,588 social responsibility-related new jobs in Q4 2023, Tesco 6,811 jobs, Marriott International 6,542 jobs, Hy Vee 6,457 jobs, and Comcast 3,460 jobs, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.
Hiring activity was driven by the US with a 52.64% share of total new job postings, Q4 2023
The largest share of social responsibility-related new job postings in the sportcal industry in Q4 2023 was in the US with 52.64% followed by the UK (12.09%) and India (7.02%). The share represented by the US was five percentage points lower than the 57.54% share it accounted for in Q3 2023.
