CSM partners with player agency Football Capital
CSM Sport and Entertainment, the UK-based international agency, has entered into a partnership with Football Capital, a global soccer management and player representation agency.
CSM said today it will “generate and manage opportunities for Football Capital’s portfolio of clients," which will include players’ commercial opportunities, digital strategies, public relations, marketing and communications.
Alisson Becker, the Brazilian goalkeeper (pictured) who plays for English Premier League champions Liverpool, is one of Football Capital’s most high-profile clients.
CSM established its soccer-specific division, Playerworks CSM, in 2018.
Tim Lopez, talent director at CSM, said: “Working closely with the Football Capital team, we are looking forward to harnessing our own expertise to help deliver major commercial opportunities for its portfolio of current players. The partnership also provides us with a fantastic opportunity to continue growing our strong profile in football, which made this a perfect match.”

Late last month, CSM was appointed by women’s golf’s LPGA as its sponsorship sales agency of record. Under that agreement, CSM will help the USA-based LPGA to “identify, develop and secure commercial partnerships across entitlement and official marketing partnership opportunities.”
