81% of the Turinese see the 2006 Olympics Strategic for the City
Almost one of five Turinese (19%) don’t exactly know what the Winter Olympics of 2006 will be, aren’t sure or have never heard anything about them. But everyone that has a clear idea of the meaning, think that the Olympics will be strategic for the city. These were the results of a poll carried out by the Giorgio Rota Committee, the Turin entrepreneur and student’s association. The inquiry, involving 806 Turinese interviewed over the phone by the SWG of Trieste, asked them to indicate evaluations and opinions on a series of projects for the city.
