Fendt re-elected for another term as FIL president

Fendt, aged 70, who was standing unopposed, has led the federation since 1994. His predecessor, Bert Isatitsch, led the FIL for a total of 37 years, from its creation in 1957 through to his death.
Latvia’s Einars Fogelis was elected secretary general of the federation, to succeed the retiring Svein Romstad.
