World Cup TV rights deals in place in Bangladesh
Three broadcasters in Bangladesh have agreed deals to televise this year’s Fifa World Cup in the country.
Rights agreements with Bangladesh Television (BTV), Maasranga TV and Nagorik Television were announced recently, according to the country’s Daily Star newspaper.
Sony Pictures Networks, the Indian broadcasting group, already holds 2018 World Cup rights across the Indian subcontinent.
The World Cup takes place in Russia from 14 June to 15 July.
