Deltatre, the Bruin Sports Capital-owned international sports media services company, has named Benjamin Causse as director of business development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Causse (pictured, below) joins Deltatre’s offices in Paris after leaving his position as associate director of digital media at Infront, the Switzerland-based international sports marketing agency.
He will report to Ciaran Quinn, executive vice-president of business development and sales in EMEA, in a role that places a particular focus on broadcasters, rights-holders and clubs.
Before joining Infront at the start of 2016, Causse spent four years working in business development roles at Netco Sports, the Paris-based company offering digital solutions in sport.
He also spent over a decade at basketball’s NBA in various Europe-focused roles covering licensing and marketing.
Causse told Sportcal: “I am very pleased to join Deltatre, one of the most innovative and experienced companies in the world of digital sports.
“I have worked with Deltatre throughout my career and have been very impressed by their talented teams and the quality of the services delivered: it is a great honour to join the EMEA team, and I am looking forward to making sport more entertaining.”
