InfrontRingier moves into merchandising with Dayzzi
InfrontRingier, the joint venture between the Infront Sports & Media agency and Ringier, the Swiss media company, has agreed a deal to acquire the Swiss commercial business of merchandising specialist Dayzzi.
InfrontRingier will take control at the start of 2018, marking its first move into advertising material and promotion.
As a result of the takeover, the agency will be able to offer individual merchandising solutions to its clients, either through scientifically developed recommendation software or consultation with specialists in the field, in the rolling-out of advertising and promotional items for campaigns and events.
Martin Blaser, the managing director of InfrontRingier, said: “With the takeover of the Swiss business of Dayzzi, we have taken a decisive step in establishing ourselves as a point of contact for holistic marketing, and in the future we will be able to offer merchandising solutions as part of existing or new partnerships.”
Andi Rebsamen, co-owner and founder of Dayzzi, added: “The cooperation with InfrontRingier opens up completely new perspectives for Dayzzi. It has great growth potential and will help to establish algorithm coverage faster throughout Switzerland.”
InfrontRingier clients include Swiss soccer’s top-tier Super League, cycling’s Tour de Suisse, the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup and tennis’ WTA Ladies Open Lugano.
