Bloomberg in Niche partnership to deliver sports video content
Bloomberg Media Distribution, the content provision arm of the international news and data company, has entered a partnership with Niche Sport Media to distribute the latter’s extensive video offering.
Under the video licensing agreement, Bloomberg clients will have access to soccer, boxing, golf, rugby league and cricket content available across various platforms.
The tie-up with UK-based Niche Sport Media has been announced ahead of the start of the Premier League today and includes more than 200 videos per month from England’s top soccer league, FA Cup and EFL Cup and Europe’s Uefa Champions League and Europa League such as pre- and post-match interviews and press conferences.
The other soccer content includes ‘Football Daily’, a 90-second recap of latest news shown two or three times daily on weekdays, ‘World Cup Daily’ and ‘Euro Daily’, which are breaking news updates at major events, ‘Weekly European Bulletin’, featuring news from Europe’s top leagues, with a focus of African players, and an archive of training footage and player highlights from major games.
Bloomberg Media Distribution provides text, photos, video and data for broadcasters, digital publishers and other companies in more than 130 countries in the fields of business and finance, politics, technology, entertainment, music, health and science and sport.
