Hamburg's head of merchandising goes missing after night out

Soccer - 10 Jan 2017
Author: Martin Ross
Hamburg, the top-tier German Bundesliga soccer side, has launched an appeal via social media to help find merchandising and licensing head Timo Kraus.

The 44-year-old Kraus (pictured, below) has been missing since late on Saturday evening when he took a taxi after dining with colleagues at the Blockbräu restaurant in Hamburg.

Kraus’ wife, who reported him missing on Sunday morning, located his phone to a boat museum on a jetty in the city, while police are urgently looking to speak to the taxi driver who picked him up.

Kraus joined Hamburg in 2003.
