Twickenham Experience Ltd Announces Continued Growth
Twickenham Experience Ltd, the Official Hospitality provider at Twickenham Stadium; has announced a turnover of £14.08 million for the 2003/04 season. Operating Profit for the financial year ended on 31st July 2004 was £4.326 million and Post Tax Profit was £3.099 million. The results were achieved despite Twickenham not hosting any autumn internationals because of the RWC 2003.
The 2003/04 season has seen continued improvement and investment made to service, food and facility décor standards. These enhancements further increased client satisfaction levels - 94.7% rated their experience as excellent or good, while there was an 11% increase in clients who rated the catering on the day as excellent.
Further achievements for the 2003/04 season include a 37% increase in packages sold for the smaller fixtures at Twickenham, and a 14 % increase in turnover by public bars on match days. Conference and banqueting has exceeded targets for the year by 28% with a turnover of £1.6million.
