Henry to delay choosing his elite

Rugby union - 11 Jan 2000

Wales coach Graham Henry has delayed finalising his first choice 15 for the forthcoming Six Nations Championship in order to watch back-to-back trial matches. Henry intends watching more than 60 players during trial games at St Helen's, Swansea on Saturday January 29th. Immediately after the trial matches Henry will name the line up to face France in the opening match of the Six Nations. The two trial matches kick off at 3.30pm and 5.30pm and the second match will be screened live by Welsh television channel S4C.
