Fight Sports secures exclusive rights to Wilder/Fury II in multiple territories
FIGHT SPORTS, the 24/7 linear channel dedicated to premium Live Events and original programming covering the entire fight industry, has acquired the exclusive rights to the upcoming Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury II event from Las Vegas for over 20 countries, including the Middle East/North Africa region, and several territories throughout Europe and Asia.
The event will be for the WBC Heavyweight World Championship and is a rematch of their thrilling December 2018 title bout, which ended in a draw after Tyson Fury rose from the canvas to barely beat a 10-count late in the fight. Their second bout is one of the most anticipated heavyweight bouts in recent memory.
The event continues a packed schedule of Live Events for FIGHT SPORTS, as the past two weeks have included Live World Championship Boxing featuring Caleb Plant taking on Vincent Feigenbutz for the IBF Super Middleweight World Championship, Gary Russell defending his Featherweight World Title, and the Karate 1 Premier League Live from Dubai. FIGHT SPORTS will also broadcast the Adam Kownacki vs. Robert Helenius WBA Heavyweight Title Eliminator from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY Live on March 7th.
