O'Sullivan (pictured) joined the company in 2013 and has been serving as head of commercial partnerships.
Among her portfolio is the recently announced agreement with recently-retired Cameroonian soccer player Samuel Eto’o, as well as brand partnerships for multiple sporting icons, including Neymar, David Beckham and Usain Bolt.
O’Sullivan will report directly to KIN Partners chief executive, Simon Oliveira, and is charged with establishing the strategic direction for future business growth, building on KIN’s existing services and relationships in the sport and entertainment sectors.
Prior to KIN, O'Sullivan spent four years as an agent at CAA Sports, having started her career in the international football team at IMG Media.
She said: “Simon has built a world-class leadership team that has proven experience of working with, and representing, the biggest global brands and properties in the sport and entertainment sectors. This makes it a hugely exciting time for KIN Partners, and I’m thrilled to be playing a key role in steering our strategy moving forwards. It remains a fast-evolving marketplace, but KIN has built the foundations for growth and is well-positioned to capitalise in a post-Covid commercial world.”
Richardson joins from Live Nation Entertainment, after previously spending three and a half years in the commercial team at Formula 1's Williams Racing.
KIN made several senior hires during 2020, beginning with Onur Yegenoglu joining as head of sport from CAA in June. He was promptly followed by new senior vice-president of commercial Danny Paiser from IMG’s football division, head of partnerships Tom Carter from City Football Group and Richard Thomas from Italian soccer giants Roma to head up business planning and analytics.
